Weird Problem..

I am running a stock block car with a MSD-DIS4 with a bank to bank fast system. Car developed a weird problem last night, were it just backfired and shut off during a cruise on the highway, and would not start again until it was completely cold. I tested the car again today with the same result. Once the car gets up to temperature, it misfires and and shuts off and will not start until it cools.

Does this sound like a problem with the DIS4? It is mounted in the engine bay. Also were can I get the bypass cable for the DIS4, to test if this is the problem?

Anyone have a similar problem and find a solution?
