Weird tranny shifting?

My car shifts(While hard on the gas pedal racing) at 4200rpm then to 2nd(held there for 2 seconds )and then to 3rd! I feels that in third the lock up kicks in and loads the motor and on the accel dfi play back ,the rpms skip and up and down.Also the D-tent cable moves back when my foot is on the gas.It is like the cable is too short and causes it to re adjust.I did put a 70 mm tb and new dog house back in June,but this was not occuring then.Could this be the tranny solnoid shorting out?Just another note ,My inter.lights also blew the fuse(any corrolation between the two?)

Well ,Took the DFI out and put the old stuff back(ecm and translator Plus) and it shifts normal.And my AC works again.Not sure what to look for.
