Well Known Trans Shops In NJ That Deal With TR's??

Does anyone know of any places that are near me?
I live in monmouth county..I just want to bring my GN to a place that knows about these cars and transmissions to see if they can find out what the problem is with my trans.

I know this isnt going to help a whole lot since I cant think of the name of the place
but there is a place in manville or bound brook that only specializes in TR's, the owners name is Fred, can anyone else help me out here?

I'm pretty sure Carl is talking about Dynotech Performance in Manville, NJ which was previously owned by Fred Vetter.... the new owner is Eric Schertz and his phone # is (516)-356-2511 and from what I've been told he (Eric) is very good with the 200r4 trannies and has built many....

Yea take it to Dynotech. Eric's trans are great, I have one in my 86 GN with a mild shift kit. No problems and he is always willing to help if you have any problems.

Yeah from what I've been told Eric is/was running high 9's with a 200r4 and a S2 motor so he must know what he's doing....

Eric has been there for a while....Well so ong I didn't know Fred left...........Anyway he was always fair and knowledgeable to me.

Eric has rebuilt my tranny two years ago, using the best parts money can buy, including a trans-brake, and after numerous launches, I never had a single problem. Eric is THE MAN!!!!

Eric Schertz owns Dynotech now. He is the trans GEWREW of NJ. I believe they are in Manville. DO NOT even CALL Level 10 unless you are one of those guys who LIKES getting poked from behind without a reacharound....

Does anyone know what days he works or what his hours are?? Im gonna try to give him a call tonight and ask him a few questions and see if we can make a plan of some sort..hopefully whatever it is can be done easily..and cheaply. Fortunately he's only about 45 min away from me, so that
s not too bad.
