WG puck does not move! help

Puck moves fine with the DP loose but with all the bolts torqued down it will not move at all! If I slightly loosen the bolt close to the acuator arm then it will move again but still seems to catch on something. If I loosen it further it will move freely again. Anybody else ever run into this??? what can I do to fix this?

What DP? Sounds like when you tighten the bolt the housing is twisting and putting the puck in a bind. Jon Hanson

It's the GN Parts DP.

Yep sounds like the flange is warped or the mounting face on the turbo is. Either way if the puck is binding DO NOT run the car like that. There is no boost control and you WILL hurt the motor if you overboost it. If this is a new DP check it with a straight edge and also check the turbo to find the problem. If it's the DP then contact the vendor and let them have a chance to make it right with you. If the DP checks out and the turbo flange is warped you can pull it and have it machined flat at a repituable (sp?) machine shop. What turbo are you using? If it's stock you can find one on the board. Heck I have 2 in the garage in boxes. Jon Hanson

The turbo is a 6776 bb, I'll check both, I have a feeling it's the DP though, I already contacted the vendor but didnt get a reply yet.
