Yep sounds like the flange is warped or the mounting face on the turbo is. Either way if the puck is binding DO NOT run the car like that. There is no boost control and you WILL hurt the motor if you overboost it. If this is a new DP check it with a straight edge and also check the turbo to find the problem. If it's the DP then contact the vendor and let them have a chance to make it right with you. If the DP checks out and the turbo flange is warped you can pull it and have it machined flat at a repituable (sp?) machine shop. What turbo are you using? If it's stock you can find one on the board. Heck I have 2 in the garage in boxes. Jon Hanson
