Well, I think I have decided to go this route as I dont drive the car much and will be much cheaper when all is said and done. But what will i need for the swap? The TH-350 and the 200-R4 I think are the same length so I guess I can use the stock driveshaft. So what all do I need for the swap, i figured a new crossmember and what else?

In my Chevelle I don´t need a new crossmember to swap the 350 for a 2004r. I just have to put the crsmbr back a few inches and drill new holes. I guess the same will be possible with your crsmbr.
If there is enough space you can put it a few inches to the front.

just get the crossmember out a 3 speed g-body

if its from a 6 cylinder car it will use the same tranny mount if its from a v8 car it will use a regular centered tranny mount

get the correct speedo gears for it

slight rebend of the tranny lines

will need a manual valve body

other than that not much to putting a t-350 in

unless they've changed from a few years back the b+m transpack kit does away with need for vacuum to the tranny which will keep you from having to buy a valve body
