The powerplate is something You put under the plenum to distribute the air better and even it out in the intake. I have a un-used (for stock plenum) that I´m not going to use, if You want one. They´re not expensive.
Scantool, You can get them from several shops, like John´s Performance or B&E Customs. I have plenty of stuff arriving from them soon, shoot me a mail if You want one.
