I have been reading on here about this fan upgrade, But cant really find any info on if they are aftermarket or off of a different type of car. Are these direct bolt in? also is there any wiring to be done? would also like to know what would be a good relay upgrade to go with it? thanks! Eric

If you want to sell the plug and play adapter i'd be interested....

Ramcharger fans are from an Intrepid & are about as close to plug & play as any 3rd party item. They need to have the mounting ears cut off & use the bottom mounting bracket from the original TR fan. You'll have to fashion upper brackets, not a big issue. I had a minor clearance issue at the steering gearbox, nothing major. The Caspers electrical plug & play makes wiring a snap.

Craig, he's in Hartselle... so not too far...

Ramchargers used to be a vendor that sold a dual fan kit. The fan was from Intrepids.

Hey windmill its gonna be a little while till I get around to this and I think another Guy posted that he was interested in them so he's more than welcome to them but hey thanks though! And thanks again to all for the very helpful info.

Eric, sorry...I didnt wanna step on your toes on the fan and adapter for sale,Kinda felt like a jackass after re-reading the post...my bad...i already have the fan set-up,i just need the plug and play adapter...If you need the complete setup he has for sale...you asked before me,its only fair.I will probably end up ordering one new from caspers this week anyway...Thanks anyway

Do yourself a favor and buy a Spal fan. The ramchargers fans will conk out on you when you are far from home, within a year or two. The intrepid fan will be from a junk yard with over 100k miles on it. We have enough parts that break on our cars, like sensors, fuel pumps, etc. Why add another part to the mix?

x2 Spals with the Caspers harness is the only way to go.

I told them 02 intrepid with a 3.5L. Dorman product I think.

Dorman makes good stuff. They're replacement stuff is usually better than the original. Sometimes I wonder if they're gas tanks are better than those POS canadian made tanks for our cars. Can't even put gas the the F'er

Hey qwksht, no hard feelings at all! I'm still looking around you are more than welcome to get them from windmill!
