What are these connectors

I looked around the engine bay and found these. One looks like some type of temp sensor (resister looking). Near the hvac firewall area.

The other is near the map senser.

Both are near passenger fender

I have digital climate control, I bought a used unit on here last year hope it works, didn't test it yet.

Yep I even have them laying in front of my map sensor on my 87.

So where does that sensor mount to? It's for the digital climate control?

I'll take a pic of mine. But it is for the digital climate control. An it mounts right behind the blower motor in that mesh opening in front of the windshield. If that makes sense.

Strange mine doesn't fit there.

If I push the screen down to put the bolts back in it just wouldn't work. It's like the slot isn't cut down all the way, maybe it goes somewhere else?

Anyone else have any I put on where this sensor goes? As seen above blackazz's car has it under the screen near the passenger cowl area. My car has the slot similar to his but It's not deep enough to fit the sensor in the same way blackazz's car does.

Can anyone else provide some pictures or info? I think you have to have digital climate control for this sensor.

Look at his pic and you'll see the slot for the wire is open and yours still has plastic covering the slot.

I need to take a better picture, but yeah my slot looks not deep enough, I wonder if some one tried to add this to my car and it didn't come this way from the factory?

What year is your car? I feel like the area near the slot on my car is shapped different let alone the slot is not as deep as yours.
