What are these?

These are supposed to be for a 1987 Grand National. Appears to be a right and left. What are they for and where do they go? thanx...george

They are buckets that hold the retractable portion of the seat belts for the driver and passenger. They reside behind the plastic interior trim by the backseat/under the opera window.
