I can't see the calibration being off much, i would use the old calibration, with the new o2 sensor. Run the car, and see what data you get. Only thing you need something to compare it to, like another unit like the inovative setup! Or go to a parts store, bring an ohm meter with you measure your old resitance of your sensor, and go through each sensor in the store until you find a sensor with close resitance values. Just hope they have as much patience as you do! while you test sensors in the store for a few hours......
