i have a chip but i dont know who made it and hoping for a little help.it has a plain green sticker on it and written in pen on the white label on the inside says

thats alot of timing for the street isnt it if thats what it means cant really tell for sure??i bought this car a while ago and the guy i bought it from said there wasnt a chip installed but i just bought a new turbo,injectors and a chip so this is the first time i had a reason to open up the computer.i hope i didnt do any damage,since this chip is for grn top injectors and ive been running 89 octane and stock injectors.
