What do I do with the sensors???

When I take my stock air breather off and replace all that with a k&n filter what do I do with the sensors?do I have to put them back in line or is there some way to bypass them

Cut a hole at the base of the filter, and plug the AIT in there.
The MAF has to stay, unless you run speed density.
