What do you think caused this?

I believe the oil pressure might have dropped and I didn't notice until I heard the tale tale knock! :(
 
I haven't checked the mains but I guess they will look the same! :(
 
The crankshaft actually looks good! Does this look like oil starvation?
 
Looks like a lose of oil or green coolant. I don't see the spots from detonation.
 
In adaquate oil clearance, detonation, poor oil pump set-up, Poor assembly practices, not pre-lube prior to start up, no assembly lube, Gremlins, etc. What was your oil pressure on start up? What did you do to pre-lube the engine? What type/weight of oil on break-in? Did you make sure there weren't any of those pesky Gremlins hiding in your oil pan? New oil pump pick-up screen? Re-use oil cooler after a bearing failure? Prime the pump prior to start-up? What break-in proceedure? How many miles on build? What were bearing clearances at build?
