I also own signed by Don Garlits I have 3 of his wheels and tires off his 001 drag pak challenger, and the suspension signed by him. I also have the dented tail gate off his truck signed by him...and photos showing him signing the parts.

I am jealous. How much would a guy have to beg to get one of those wheels from you? C'mon, 3 is an odd number anyway. I'll take the odd one out.....

I have John and Ashley Force on a Hemi connecting rod... pretty cool.

But my favorites are on my book collection. I have over 90 autographed books from famous aviators from WWII to the present. This includes at least 10 Medal of Honor recipients and numerous aces including the two highest scoring aces in history Eric Hartmann (352 kills) and Gunther Rall (275 kills) from Germany. Gen. Paul Tibbets (Enola Gay pilot) Chuck Yeager etc. My most prized are Adm. Jim Stockdale (MOH) and Col. Bud Day (MOH) both survived the Hanoi Hilton in Vietnam.
If my house ever caught fire I'd get my family out first and then start tossing books! Most of these guys I've met personally and shook their hand. That's real american heros there!

Lets See...

I had the Harlem Globetrotters sign a hat, Got a Hat signed by Special K, and tried to Chamillionaire to sign an LP but that didnt go well:(:mad:

I recieved as a wedding gift in 1997 from a buddy of mine a vintage plastic Johan model car kit of the Sox & Martin Plymouth Superbird. I built It up and had it signed by Ronny Sox before he passed away. A few years later after Ronnie died, I had the same model car autographed by his partner Buddy Martin. I also have a tee shirt that I had autographed by both of them too.

I also have a "Dodge" license plate that I had Dick Landy autograph, 6 months before he passed away.

Somewhere packed away I have a program from the 1978 Duke Childrens Classic charity golf tournament autographed by everybody who attended (Mickey Rooney, Perry Como, Dean Smith and a bunch of other people I forget) but my most prized possession is an official game used Ray Bourque jersey-signed by Ray and Phil Esposito the last year Ray wore #7 (that was Espo's number and the Bruins wanted to retire it so Ray switched to the infamous 77) also have a Cam Neely autographed jersey

The veteran stuff is really cool dude!!

I got john force to sign a diecast car, warren johnson on a mini poster and cecil fielder on a baseball.....I also have the ace bandage that hulk hogan was wearing when he wrestled rick flair at haloween havoc in around 1997 i think it was at the palace in auburn hills....Flair ripped it off his leg and threw it on top of the steel cage..when it was over i walked down there climbed the cage and got it....

Forgot I do have one celebrity.....Used to work as a DJ at a nightclub way back and got Lou Diamond Phillips autograph. He came to the club with his band. Lou Diamond Phillips and the Pipefitters.

He was half lit and I shot a game of pool with him after the club closed.... he was a cocky sucker.

Also have some..race car drivers form the Miami Gran Prix. They came on base with the cars a few days before the race when down at Homestead ARB, Fla and got the autographs. Ill have to dig them out and see who they are/were.

Cool thing is I got to sit in the actual C5R that raced in the Gran Prix. Im 6'6" and the GM race Rep guy said "Yeah youll fit in it, one our drivers is over 6', do you wanna get in?" Uhh YEAH DUDE ARE YOU KIDDING!! They would not let me fire the engine tho, you know I had to ask them to,

Just one.....Al "Grandpa" Lewis when I was around ten years old back in the 1960's. He was making a movie and filming a scene at a brand new supermarket (Pathmark on rt. 45 at the NJ Turnpike overpass in Oak Valley/Woodbury Heights for you South Jersey people) and there was a break in the filming and he came out and all of these young boys were there lined up to see Grandpa Munster. He was not dressed up as such but he sure camped it up and signed everyones. As far as I know, the movie was never released.
