what filter for an art carr cast pan???

i am switching some parts from a car i bought onto my limited, and i want the deep art carr cast pan...dose anyone know the part # for the filter kit so i dont have to try to explain it to the pencil washers at pep boys??

Well stock it takes a 200 filter. Mill the inside bottom of the pan down and you can put the bottom feed 700 filter in like I have. HTH

I have the Art Carr deep fin pan and use the 700 filter and a tranny cooler.

thats what i'm looking to do, but i dont expect to be able to go into any auto parts store and ask for a 700r filter and get one. what kind of vehicle would have come originaly equipped with the correct filter.

I thought it was from88 to 92 iroc camero with a 700 r trany

I think they are all the same. I asked for a 700 filter, they gave it to me and it worked. HTH
