What front brake pads and rotors do you guys like?

I need to do front brakes on my car. I may need to rotors as well as pads.

For better stopping power, I like HAWK HPS pads... stops much better with them. Rotors everyone has a different opinion on and I dont want to start another cross drilled rotor argument.

I was thinking either a stock replacement rotor or SSBC slotted rotors. I am sure there is no difference between the 2 anyway besides $$$$$


Just wanted some ideas to think about.

I bought new cross drilled slotted rotors from brakeplanet.com, they are zinc coated and warrantied like crazy.

Have not had a problem, they look good, and work well.

Also have friends that have used them longer.

I think they are $150 shipped to your door for the pair. FWIW.
