Have had parts ordered for my external wastegate since Tuesday.--willing to pay for 2 day shipping as I really need them--should have been here Thursday, then will be here Friday--then will be next day and be here Saturday. First they took my charge card #---didn't ship--I called --"where are my parts"--"we don/t take Discover Card". Would have been nice to tell me this when I ordered. They finally agree to ship COD, but I MUST have the correct amount MO. No problem just send the parts and tell me how much--They promised to call later with a total--never called. I had to call them and be put on hold for 30 minutes AGAIN.Finally promised to ship next day and will be here Sat. I stay home all day--no parts. Turbonetics will NEVER get a good word from me again. Hope someone on this board is working there.
We have some great vendors on this board (Razor--Kip Alspund--Lonnies Dyers-- Steve Yaklin just to name a few)---all of them small fry but more than willing to go out of their way to help another Buick friend. Turbonetics customer service Suck.
