No, not the money machine. The Atm correction, in percent, on the left side, 6 down from the top, on the "All sensor" screen. Mine is correcting up to -25 percent at idle.

Thanks, Chris

ATM??

Chris, are you using the Windows version?? I am, and see it as available on the list of choices for a 14 sensor dash. I have also looked at the new and dos help info.. I don't see it explained in either book. I guess we'll have to wait for a "guru" to log on.

Todd? Craig, Lance???

Nope, DOS. Hopefully someone can explain it.

On a side note....I see that ugly guy Testa has figured out the tip-in problem most of us good looking guys seem to have. Goes to show you God is fair.:D

Side NOte!!

Your little side note reminds me.....GOD is REALLY fair when it comes to you...Lying about time slips, committing beastiality, only to name a couple. ALOT of racers have gone to pergatory for less..:p :p

As for the answer to "what's ATM correction", I guess we'll have to wait til Lance or Craig get to work today to find out...

I suggest you leave Testa out of this... He has enough problems!!

ATM is atmospheric pressure correction. It is used in Alpha-N mode where the MAP sensor is left open to measure ambient air pressure.

I have seen this once before, and the reason for it was that the sensor being used was a 2 bar MAP sensor when it should have been a 1 bar.

Thanks Craig....I've had puter problems for the last 2 days and wasn't able to reply.

I have a 3 bar map....and even exchanged it with another 3 bar map from another car....and both apparently work perfectly.

So why would my program think I've got an incorrect map sensor (If I read your reply correctly). And how, since the all sensor page shows ATM is removing lots of fuel, up to 25%, can I fix this? Yes, I have 3 bar map checked on the config page.

Thanks, Chris

ATM AND PUTER PROBS

Chris, just tried to send you an e-mail. It bounced immediately. The error message was written in first person and sounded alot like someone has linked into your e-mail and is bouncing your incoming. I pasted it here for you to see. I then deleted it from my computer.
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.theofficenet.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<pawnguy@theofficenet.com>:
failed to write delivered to line errno=28

PS: read the post.. Craig said it was in ALpha-N!!

Thanks for the info. I'm still getting list email so I don't know why it did that. I'll phone my server dudes tomorrow. There are still issues with this damn computer. I no longer have my favorites...or some programs...but at least my porn is still here. :D

Guess I didn't read Craig's answer correctly. :) So does that mean mine really isn't removing up to 25% fuel?

Re: Re: ATM AND PUTER PROBS

I would like to keep this thread alive because I still don't understand ATM.

I have 2 FAST systems. In my Stage car I run a sequential and that's the one that shows up to negative 25% at idle.

I also have a bank to bank in my old race car that I've now put back into street trim. Just today I was looking at the ATM in it and it's at zero all the time.

They are both connected the same way so I don't understand why one show -25 ATM and the other doesn't. Mind you I'm starting to think the one that shows -25% has some issues with it or the wiring harness since it won't respond to some of the tuning features. This one was one of the first ones sold by a well known vendor 4 or 5 years ago and he was making up his own harnesses at the time. They weren't "finished" harnesses as I had to put the wires into the WBO2 sensor connector pins.

Craig....can you tell me why one FAST shows an ATM correction and the other doesn't, even thought neither are in Alpha-N mode as you stated earlier and can it have anything to do with the wiring harness?

Thanks in advance, Chris
