What is black adhesive under upper window trim

I am repainting my gn. I removed the upper trim on the car that holds the window seal..what is the 2 sided foam that was used to hold these thin metal pieces to the car body ?? There are a lot of 2 sided foam listings on eBay, I just don't know which ones will work.

Most likely was 3M stuff.
