what is this line called on the 85 grand national....

hi all been a while since i been on here... any one kow what this line is called its leaking fuel from the rubber part...

Fuel return line maybe, by the way where have you been. Didnt you sell your car or something like that.

na i didnt i was going to but i backed out last min... and i have been workng like a dog.... man... wife lost her job and im working 2 now for the pat 5 months.

so thats the return line and not the fuel pressure line... some one told me it was the pressure line... cuz i was gonna rig and cut it and repalce it with regular hose... cuz it leakng real bad man... and i odered it today used for 65 bucks from ebay... but my car is spilling fuel all over the palce man.

That's definitely the return line. Where did you find one on ebay? I'm pretty sure they are a hot air specific part.....(will not interchange with the 86-87 ones)?

i got one on ebay today from a 84-85... not the matter i rigged it today till it gets hee by cutting it out and putting a regular hose there. but now i have a vaccume leak some were.. so if its not one thing its another. the turbo stay idle at 1 psi.... where do i start to look to six this in the morning...

take that hose to any NAPA or other parts store that makes hydraulic lines and get a new chunk of high pressure hose crimped in there.. just make sure to keep the lines oriented the same or putting it back on the car might be a bitch..
probably a $10 fix that's good for the lifetime of the car.

i got it fixed i got my new line in today... but im thinking about how can i make this car faster... i have a ic motor that i was gonna put in but times got a lil hard at homw so its on the side lines till next year... so im think maybe a alky kit...
