This is in a car for sale on Ebay. Is this quick access chip set up custom, or can we buy these? I've never seen one before. (Of course, I'd put it in a more descrete spot)

You can buy them from John Spina. When I bought mine, I mounted it under the dash on the passenger side. Now all I have to do is take one bolt down. You can't even see it. http://casperselectronics.com/ The part is not listed on their website. I bought mine 6 months ago and it wasnt on it then. Just email him.
