Looks like a bunch of alternator and voltage regulator test leads and jumper wires in excellent shape. The red rectangular 4 sided object is for full-fielding (bypassing the regulator) the alternator. Nothing real special. Pretty much worthless on today's newer cars. You don't need it for a GN.
