Nope...
... looks like 2 things 1] a Kenne-Bell Boost a pump kit and 2] a caspers volt-booster
the boost a pump is used to give more voltage to the fuel pump by twisting the knob to the desired position.... the voltbooster is attached to the alternator and tps and under wot sends a signal to the alternator to go full-field and put out ~16V to your electrical system.... hth
