What makes a race chip a "RACE" chip?

I've been going over the differences between a street chip and a race chip I have and the only differences I've found so far are the upper end of the timing table, fuel cutoff and the wastegate duty cycle.

I thought there would be a little more.

Usually a race chip has more boost, additional fueling, more radical spark advance, top speed limiter set 160-199, and maybe TCC lockup WOT at lower speeds.
