What makes a Stage 2?

Saw this on ebay and was curious...they say it's a "stage 2" car....?

What makes Stage II? a buttload of cash.

extra webbing in the block, crossbolted mains....other stuff, can't remeber everything. Someone educated will chime in.

I did notice they mentioned the cubic inches were 276....is this some sort of a bored and stroked 231?
