what now???spittin and sputter!!

im trying to tune in my 85, right now it will idle fine but when i go to drive it starts to spit and sputters,then will come alive,drive fine i stop again it spits and sputters. the air fuel says its running lean at an idle and i can only get about 10 lbs of boost out of it??is this a wastegate problem/i have blown my turbo?fuel pressure screw/ all of the above??any help we be so appretiated

What's ur mods? More info will help. Might try to unplug ECM and reset it.

Fuel pressure? Mass air? TPS set correctly? Exhaust leaks? All grounds in good shape? Fresh O2 sensor? You have a Scanmaster?
