What RPMs should my tranny be shifting gears??

Ive got a 9/11 converter shop type converter in my buick, seems pretty tite, but just wondering where the 1-2 and 3-4 should be popping into the next gear. I did a run at WOT but not for very long and i believe the 2-3 shifted at right around 4875-4900rpms, is this good?

You're close on the shift points as they should be around 5000 rpm.
