What is the pressure range should the 2004r have, and were would you tap in to install the gauge. I don't know if this would matter but say for a high 10 sec. car. Thanks

Pressure

You'll probably get different opinions on pressure readings but I get 90 psi @ Min. TV (@ idle) and 260 @ full TV (eng. raised to 2000 and cable disconnected from throttle bracket and pulled fully out.) The port is on the drivers side--toward the front just above where the steering column lock connects. 1/8 in. NPT. It should currently have a plug in it.
Readings should be higher in manual low, manual second and reverse even @ idle.

Your welcome

I use a gage with a 4 ft. hose so I can tape the gage to the windsheld. As throttle increases so should pressure. @ the shift, gage should not drop more than 10-15 psi. Best of luck.
