Ok here is the deal I got a new Trans with a Stage Right style break
I have directions on how to cut the stock shifter so the Gate will stop at od.
But I was thinking of just changin the shifter, I have looked at a bunch and dont see how they will go in without cutting something up. I will not cut up the console so what ones are people using ??
I have seen cars with them but never really looked to see what ones they were.

Also I got a trans from Brian on this board let me tell you this thing ROCKS! I have about 200 - 300 miles on it and it has to be the best shifting trans I have ever had!

thanks for the help on this one also

Derek,
Thank you for the kind words about the trans! :)

I had a B&M Quicksilver in my car, it fit in the stock console, no problem. It did leave a void where you could see down into the shifter mechanism though. I did not mind. You could get creative with felt or another material, and hide that.

Keep it simple save your money & modify the stock shifter. Ratchet shifters are unreliable & unnecessary.
