what should my Tps read on my 85 T-type?

what should my TPS be set at on my 1985 Buick T-type?
i have it at .20 V right now and the idle runs high, and i put it at .44 V and it started to run rough and started to stall?

Everyon here says .42-.46 at idle and about 4.5 WOT
