I am going to do a custom setup for my power steering reservoir since the plastic one is constantly seaping. I'm sure it has a crack and all my lines are dry and seaping as well. So here's what I need to know.

What size is the fluid in hose to the back of the power steering pump?

What size is the return line from the box to the reservoir? Thanks!

Sorry I’m not at home so I don’t have my list with me of fitting with me but here is the web page I started on how I fixed mine. I know the line to the pump from the reservoir is 5/8 I used a -10 compression fitting on the pump for the new lines.I believe the other line was 3/8 but I’m not totally sure. I did use -6 lines to make all the new hoses. I can make a list if the fitting I used and post them here if you want to go this way. https://sites.google.com/site/whatw...l/hydro-boost-brakes/power-steering-reservoir

Thanks! I was thinking of using this tank:
Canton Racing Products 77-252 - Canton Racing Universal Power Steering Tanks - Overview - SummitRacing.com
With Aeroquip fittings and hose.... May choose to do the tank without fittings so I can use adapter fittings and replace them if they ever get damaged. That way I am disconnecting a fitting and adapter as opposed to on an aluminum tank.
Use these at the box: Aeroquip FBM2609 - Aeroquip AN to Metric Adapter Fittings - Overview - SummitRacing.com

just go to ebay get the same tank for like $25 get the forgola fittings there half the price and get the fergola premade teflon hose. you will be able to do it all for what just the Aeroquip hose would cost
