What size reducer hoses and T-Bolts for Powerstroke?

Just wondering if anyone could help me out ordering some parts if you had the time? I just need a couple measurements of the throttle body and turbo outlet.

I have a powerstroke intercooler and getting ready to install. My question is regarding the reducer hoses, what size do I need to the throttle body and to the turbo. I would just go measure but my parts are at the builders.

Just need the measurement of the stock throttle body and turbo outlet going to the intercooler. It is a PT-51 if it makes a difference.

I already have the 3 inch silicone hoses I just need the reducer hoses and T-bolt clamps, so I am ordering:
6 3" Tbolt clamps
1 ?? Tbolt clamp to the turbo
1 ?? Tbolt clamp to the TB
1 3-? reducer hose to the turbo
1 3-? reducer hose to the TB

I appreciate any help you can offer. Would like to get this done prior to reinstalling the engine.
