What stall do I need?

A topic beaten to death but for my combo I need help. 87 Regal Limited Turbo. Stock cam and heads. Turbonetics T58 BB turbo. Currently running a 3000 stall lockup. It needs to be replaced due to whining in gear and reverse only. What stall would be good for street fun and occasional trip to the track. And also lockup or NLU?
