What stock wheels from other cars will swap onto the turbo buicks. The bolt pattern is 5 on 4 3/4" right??

Just about any GM has the 5x4.75 bolt circle.

Yes, however I understand that there is also the 5 X 5 pattern; and I'm pretty sure that back spacing will come into play as well, right?

The 5x5 was used on earlier half tons, b, and d bodies for the most part.
