Whats up with the 'clock' on this site?? Its never right, no matter what time zone I choose on options.

It should be correct

This should be corrected as emails may fail due to bad timestamps and versioning. What if ebay had this problem? Given what this site is run on , it is super easy for a hosting company to fix.
