What to cap Propane nozzle with?

I want to install my new up pipe with propane bung in it, but the propane isn't installed yet and won't be for another few days or so. What can I use to cap it off? I think it's 7/16 fine thread, but I'm not sure as the store didn't have any cap nuts or regular nuts of that size.

Id bet you can also get it at Ace Hardware. Its sold as 1/4 inch JIC at hardware stores.
