What trans is this?

I friend of mine gave me a 200 4r trans. The tag on the tail has an AA code and the valve body is an AA10. Is this good, bad, or what?

That AA is out of a Cadillac.
It is one of the better "low grade" valvebodies. I run one in my Chevy and am very pleased with the shift characteristics. I used it with a GN governor, and in my car shifts about 5500 rpm at WOT.
