What turbo is this??

This is the only identification I see on the turbocharger that is on my Buick. I can’t find anything online using this part number in anyway, shape, form or fashion. Does anybody know what this is???

We recently got one of our servers back up, that had all the TNX serial number data, and here's what I was able to find out for you.

Serial number: T-36604
Invoice Closeout date: 6/24/08
Description: Turbo, 60se-Sb-621-62-Gn0_63
Compressor wheel: 62-1 cast
Turbine wheel: F1-62 62mm
Journal bearing
Turbonetics .63 A/R Buick 3-bolt turbine housing
Should have an S compressor cover with a 4" inlet and 2.5" discharge.

Unfortunately none of those component level parts exist anymore.
The PTE alternative turbo would be either a Gen 1 PT6262 journal bearing with the SP compressor cover and .63 A/R PTE turbine housing.
Or a Gen 2 PT6062 dual ball bearing with the SP compressor cover and .63 A/R PTE turbine housing.
Those are available with a Standard or Heavy Duty wastegate actuator, or no wastegate actuator.
