What Type Car shows do you prefer?

General public free shows?

Private FEE Shows?

Semi Public/Private FEE shows?

Part of the reason I ask is I hate public shows due to NON Car people have no respect for any classic cars. Letting thier kids run wild, Or placing hands all over your car or engine.

I prefer a paid admission show cause it keeps the above to a minimum but it can still happen.

Just about any show that has no cutoff date! Actually I prefer cruise nites to shows. I start to get bored after a couple of hours.

But I like to attend as FOR DISPLAY only. Usually it is FREE

Best of both worlds is when a show is held at a dragstrip(Midwest Buick Challenge). If the show gets boring go make some T&T runs.

+1. Just show up eat show your car look at some others.

Frankly around here the Rice has so taken over a lot of shows have gone to an 85 and older format to keep them out. Some have said that they will look at the car when it gets there if it's "worthy" they'll let it in.

I prefer any show I have time to go and bring my car too. Not many in NYC....
