What Wheels are These?

I "borrowed" this pic from buickgn.com. I LOVE the way this looks. It appears to be Torque Thrust wheels, but I cannot locate ones with black centers (only grey). Any ideas?

They're Torque Thrust IIs painted or powdercoated black. Just like the Dub City diecast cars.
