What wheels are these?

Scrolling through Facebook and saw these wheels but it was never said what type they are. I know that it’s a bad picture but maybe someone can identify them. I am sure they are welds.

They look like Weld S71s with a bead lock. Depending on diameter, offset, spoke style and options like bead lock, the looks of the wheel can change alot.
