i have a 87 gn. 93 chip 55 pounders, slicks, 3000 stall, intake. every thing else is stock. any guesses on what it will do 1/4 mile times????

id try it out cuz if you guys remember theres a guy that ran 11.9 with less then what he has if you remember the 1500 dollar 11 second slip wright up

stock fuel pump? no fuel pump hotwire? no adjustable fuel pressure regulator? no scanmaster? I'm not sure I'd push it too hard just yet. I had to basically upgrade my entire fuel system to get my car running right. Now I can't wait to get a downpipe and exhaust.

as soon as i get my car perfectly in tune im gonna push boost up on it and atemp an 11 second pass on my current set up but i wouldnt recomend it if you dont have the funds to rebuild and if you dont have all necesary scanning equipment

Back in '95 had a 124k mile regal limited, added the following used parts: bg fuel pump hotwired, 14 inch cone k&n, 93 octane atr chip & modded factory exhaust, 12.55 on d/r's, 12.9's on goodyear eagle rsa's

93 isn't what it used to be 17 years ago. Your 1995 tune wouldn't run as well with today's gas. What was your mph then if you don't mind?

it has fuel regulater upgraded pump and hot wire and yes stock turbo. the nearest track is 45 miles away, should be done with it and able to take it to the rtrack in a couple weeks.

we had a lot of stockers here that ran in the 11s with the stock junk.. Can you with 17#s of boost ??? I doubt it. Better have a scan tool to watch for knock or leave a shovel in the trunk to gather up the carnage. So instead of talkin about it just go to the track. Have ya raced it before ???

These cars can run in the 11's with less than optimal conditions with the stock turbo and intercooler. Not happening below 22-23psi and not happening without good 60'. A 3000 stall may flash too high and work the stock turbo harder than it should be. The d5 works better than anything out there for near stock applications unless you want to spend nearly $1000 on a specific converter.

I haven't been able to run 17 psi on chevron 93. I'm stuck at 15-16 psi on pump gas with minimal knock depending on the heat here in Houston. I was able to run some 100 unleaded at 20 psi and no knock. Didn't try to push boost any higher.
