Unfortunately, this is a longer term project - my restoration is close to finishing and I'm hoping to put the system in this winter.
So far:
clarion dxz935r receiver with optional outboard dsp for time alignment and crossovers.
I will most likely switch this out for a newer unit with ipod control.
Infinity beta 100 - x3 thinking for midbass in door, mids and tweets in kickpanels.
Infinity beta 300 for the two beta 12's
want your opinion:
Should I go all infinity? I have beta 12's, kcs65mbs for midbass and beta ones for tweets... need to find miranges.
The other option which I was planning was mbquart qm 3 ways all in the doors and not worry so much about staging.
Other options: 65mbs for midbass and bowers and wilkens mids and tweets that I already have. They sound really good, but they are very directional.
I do have a Deq230 for equalization, but a new unit might be a Pioneer p99rs or an ms8 for processing..
