I emailed the guy about this before finding this thread. He said he had no idea what the IC was worth and just picked a number. Seemed pretty cool, actually.

$700??? Add the brackets and the bolts that hold them, you're talking $800 then!! Heck, that's a price the federal gov't might pay... along with the $150 hammers.
