What's a TTA owners kit worth?

I may be able to get my hands on a TTA owner's kit. What is typically included in them and what are they worth?

Last one I saw on Ebay went for $345, and it was missing the door stickers. I'd imagine a complete kit would go for ~$500.

It should contain:

Cassette Tape
Key Fob
Leather Owner's Manual Sleeve
Letter of Congradulations
Owner's Manual Supplement
Door Stickers
Windshield Sticker

I believe a description of the car and it's features... I'm not sure exactly, as mine is still in the original wrapping

I saw one of the tapes (unwrapped) go on ebay for $48 about a month ago.
