What's an old Vega converter worth?

Are these worth anything as a core or ?
I have one I pulled out of a project, hate to throw it away, but don't need it.

Worth more than the car!! Belive it is a 9 inch, but fairly weak.

Well what's it worth?
Shipping would probably be $30 if i was guessing. Yes it does look like a 9" or so. It's pretty old looking, came out of a '71 chevelle project I'm working on, still has the air cooling? shield on it. It worked, trans worked, but fluid was dark and smelled burnt. Low reverse clutches in trans were burnt.
I replaced the converter with a TCI unit and rebuilt the trans, so there it lays....
in the garage floor awaiting a home.
I can drop this off at the UPS customer counter (actually my wife can). Email and make me an offer. I can take digital pics if you need them. Not that that says much.

They are worth about 3000 stall and 10 passes down the 1/4. At least that's what I got out of them in my 70 Vette back in the day....

Hey Chris, can you rebuild broken converters??? I have an old B&M 10" that I was going to have modified to fit my GN and decided on just buying a 10" outright. If you would like it I can send it to you. It has already been cut open by one of our converter rebuilders locally. The "pump" in it is stripped out from the trans coming loose during a spirited run by a friend of mine while it was in his car.
