Whats needed for an 11sec 200r4?

Guys,
I'm new to the automatic/200r4 thing, I currently have an 87 iroc-z camaro with a stout 383 and a stock T5(not for long). After 2 years of blowing clutches and a almost toast tranny I've decided that I needed something stronger.
I just recently purchased a used BRF 200r4 and D5 converter from Julio Don in FL. Thanks Julio!! I haven't recevied the tranny/converter yet but I'm planning a mild/reliable rebuild for the tranny. I will be on limited funds so won't be able to get a 9/11 converter yet.
I'm wondering what will need to be done to this tranny to make it last into the 11sec, and alot of daily street abuse. If I could get some company names and specific part numbers and maybe prices of the parts I will need that would help out ALOT.
