I'm wondering what kind of exhaust to go with on my GN. Mine looks like swiss cheese now and leaks like a sive. I have heard a lot of good things about the Hooker system. I can tell you right now that I can't afford anything from ATR because I'm in college and broke. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I put on the hooker system and really like it. It also comes with the catalytic converter eliminator pipe. I really felt a power increase with the larger free flowing exhaust over the stock exhaust. It does have a drown sound, but now I kind of like it. For the price the Hooker system is the best bang for the buck.

hooker is the way to go if you wanna save your bucks for other mods
i think it goes for $250
its a nice package, you get the entire setup plus the eliminator pipe
i myself, dont see the point of stainless, because my car is seasonal anyways, its not like my exhaust is gunna rust out
i think stainless is more for guys that want things to brag about, lol

The hooker is just a tad bit louder then a stock system, and it dont have much of a drone at all....
I think you need to take a home equity loan just to buy, a ATR exhaust system.
id save my pennies for other things
you can get the ATR hot-aired downpipe for $150
its way better then that crimped up stocker pipe and will probli help your exhaust and turbo spool more then anything..
you could get those 2 for $400
or you could spend $700 for a stainless atr dual set
your choice !!!!!!

Im thrifty.. Thats still $200 LESS the an ATR cat back.. I could buy a set of 009's (almost)with the $$ left over..

does hooker have a 3" catback system? I have the mease 3" dp, and I plan on going three inch to the rear fenders, but who has it besides ATR? I have tried contacting Borla twice, and still no reply. Well, thanks. Good luck Hotair85!
