whats the fastest.........

ok I am sure this has been beaten to death

but what is the quickest 1/4 mile time on a GN or turbo regal that only has bolt ons and new heads
nothing in the engine like pistons or cam
it can have an upgrade turbo and intercooler and everthing I am just wondering what the fastest has been thus far

I dont plan on opening the engine at any point, I however just bought a complete set of stage 2 heads and I have the following bolt ons

my friend talked to a guy who said he has run a 10.88 on DR's on untouched valve covers!!! dont know if this is the fastest but its pretty damn quick for a stock engine!
