Whats this Dash worth?

Who makes it and whats it worth? Its just missing the speedo.

AVC made it
if it was complete with senders/ speedo cable/ vss/ and bezel they fetch about 600

Everything is there except the Speedo.
Pretty sure that Turbo Loyd is going to buy it. I saw him yesterday at the Chicagoland Buick Club meeting and he told me that he wants it. Thanks
